Design experience featured in ARN Magazine
Two of SmartDesign Group’s spaces have landed in a recent issue of Airport Revenue News (ARN) Magazine. Le Grand Comptoir and the Real Food Company, bold new dining concepts by SSP America, are part of the new airport design at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Terminal C. These already successful European brands were adapted for the North American market and are said to be shaking up the airport F&B landscape. Read the full article.

CIBO Trattoria continues to gain recognition
For those of you who don’t have a subscription to Canadian House & Home Magazine, you’ll have to wait to get your copy of the February issue when it hits newsstands. The issue features signature dishes from Vancouver’s top chefs. And among them is none other than Neil Taylor of CIBO Trattoria, one of our favourite restaurants - and not just because SmartDesign Group is behind the interior design. Nick Baker takes over at SmartDesign Group
Nick Baker, co-founder of Vancouver commercial design firm SmartDesign Group, has announced his sole control of the company. The announcement comes as a result of partner and co-founder Jon Sunderland’s decision to retire from his position. (more…)
